Most of the staff were very friendly. There was a pretty good choice for breakfast. The location was perfect and right in the middle of our adventures. No bed bugs or roaches. Nice and cool room. Quiet and restful. Decent sized pool. Clean and white linen. Options if you wanted to purchase a snack or TV dinner. Clean lobby. Pool was not freezing. Hot tub was relaxing. Beds were comfy and plenty of room for 2 people. Overall 4.5 star!

Kim was there to check us in and she was like meeting a new friend. The area was going through a tornado warning and of course she was concerned about her home. She was there again in the morning and was doing everything to ensure everyone was having the best experience possible. She was such a delight, she alone deserves 5 stars. We would return just because of her.

It was very good. The whole staff was amazing! Kim at the front desk was especially great. She was very informative about local restaurants and attractions. The housekeeping staff was awesome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast was very good and our room was clean. The pool and hot tub were nice also. While he room was clean and looked like it had been remodeled, the bed was too firm. The tub in our bathroom needed refinishing, and the door handle in the bathroom kept pulling off. We asked to have it fixed, but it wasn't taken care of during our stay. Overall, it was a good place to stay for two nights.

Myself and my 2 granddaughters were in the area for House on the Rock. This hotel was the perfect price and location for us. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were great for relaxing after the long drive. Breakfast was great too.
